WINE-MAKING PROCESS Prosecco Millesimato owes its typicality
to grapes from skilfully managed vineyards. In addition are winemaking processes  that preserve its characteristic notes, including soft pressing and initial fermentation at 16 °c, followed by secondary fermentation with the Charmat method.
