BIENNALE CINEMA: THE LAGOON IS PINK
The 79th International Film Festival is toasted with PONTE1948 Prosecco Doc Rosé.
The curtain rises on the red carpet of the 79th Venice Film Festival where, from 31 August to 10 September 2022, as always, guests and international stars will parade to present the many fresh films released in theaters.
To evaluate them, a prestigious jury chaired by actress Julianne Moore who will decide the winners. Who the coveted Leoni will go to is not yet known, but it will certainly be a good opportunity to toast with Prosecco Doc Rosé from Ponte1948, special guest of the Italian Pavilion now traditionally set up at the Hotel Excelsior.
Among the guests present this year at the Lido: Ana De Armas, protagonist of the biopic “Blonde”, a film that tells the life of Marylin Monroe, Anthony Hopkins and Hugh Jackman interpreters of the feature film “The Son”, Colin Farrell with The Banshees Of Inisherin”, Penelope Cruz who returns with two films:“ L’Immensità” by Emanuele Crialese and“ On the Fringe ”by Juan Diego Botto. And then again, Cate Blanchett with the film “Tar” and Tilda Swinton with “The Eternal Daughter”.
There are also many stars of Italian cinema such as the singer Elodie who debuts as an actress with the film “Ti mangio il cuore” by Pippo Mezzapesa, Luigi Lo Cascio and Elio Germano, interpreters of the new film by Gianni Amelio “Il Signore delle Formiche”, Margherita Mazzucco, of “L’Amica geniale”, protagonist of the new feature film by Susanna Nicchiarelli “Chiara” and many others.
Rocío Muñoz Morales is the godmother of this edition which, on the occasion of the 90th birthday of the event, foresees the return of the afterparty and meetings with fans who can thus dream of bumping into their favorites while sipping in the lagoon the pink, all Italian, bubbles of Ponte1948.
